Qi Gong Workshop

Paul Sher of Bridgewater, Scientist, Martial Artist, and Holistic Health Teacher,will hold a Yang Sheng Shu Qi Gong Workshop on Saturday, May 31, 6-8pm, at Yoga Loka, 34 Bridge Street, Frenchtown (NJ).

The workshop will include the 5-Element Theory of Chinese Medicine and The Twelve Zodiac Exercises.

Qi Gong practice

Yoga Loka and the Asian Cultural Arts Society is offering a free lecture on Qi Gong practice on Saturday, April 12, 10:30 A.M., at the Yoga Loka facility, 34 Bridge Street, Frenchtown (NJ).

The lecture, based on Yang Sheng Shu Qi Gong, a study by Chinese Taosts for more than 5,000 years, will be given by Paul Sher of Bridgewater, Martial Artist, Scientist, and Asian Healing Arts Teacher with 42 years of experience.

24-posture Yang Style Tai Chi

RED DRAGON MARTIAL ARTS ACADEMY offers a 24-posture Yang style Tai Chi on Wednesdays at 8pm, starting March 5th.

Also, at 9pm, Yang Sheng Shu training, a system of Qi Gong dating back thousands of years of study by ancient Chinese Taoists. Known now as the "Tao of Revitalization. It includes: Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong (8 pieces of Silk); 5-element theory of Chinese Medicine (Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, Wood); and the Twelve Zodiac forms. Registration and participation in the Tai Chi class will enable one to join in for the Qi Gong training at no extra cost.

Paul Sher, Scientist, Holistic Health Teacher, and Martial Arist, with 42 years of experience in Asian Arts, will be the instructor. Sher is the President of the Asian Cultural Arts Society, and Producer/Host of the Cable TV show "Asian Culture in America."

Fee is $100 for six-week course.
